How does the deposit/payment process work?
For weddings, a 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is usually split into two payments due 1-2 months before your wedding date.
Other sessions will have a $100 deposit collected. The remaining balance will be due 3 days before your session.
What's your turnaround time?
This can vary depending on the season and the content of your shoot. Most sessions will take up to 2-3 weeks. Weddings will take around 8-10 weeks. I do my best to provide you previews and communicate with you during the process! Each gallery is a labor of love in post-production and I like to allow myself ample time to finalize your photos.
What happens if the weather isn't nice on the day of the shoot?
If you're worried about the weather, we can discuss a backup date during booking. And if the day turns out to be less than planned, I do my best to make the most of it (let's frolic in the rain?!) or get you rescheduled asap, giving you priority for a new date.
When should I book you?
I've had couples book me 1-20 months in advance of their wedding. I've also had multiple people inquire for the same dates I'm already booked for! It can all depend on my availability, travel schedule, and the season. So honestly, the sooner, the better!
Do you give RAW files?
No, I don't provide unedited or RAW files. It would not be considered my work fully if it was not also edited by me, which is all part of my service!
